3. Appointments and Consultations

Bookings can be made through our Website, by phone at 94940 20202, or in person. A consultation fee may apply for certain specialized consultations, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including surgeon unavailability or medical emergencies. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative appointment times.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the number of grafts required, technique selected, and individual patient factors. A detailed quote will be provided after your consultation. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. EMI options are available through partner financial institutions and are subject to their terms and approval.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel a booked procedure, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations between 3-7 days before the procedure will incur a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations less than 3 days before the procedure are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, videos, logos, and before-and-after photographs, is the property of HairSure Hair Transplant Clinic and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Before-and-after photographs displayed on our Website are published with explicit written consent from the patients.
