I have thinning hair in temple and the crown area..And the scalp is visible.The baldness pattern is like horse shoe shape. Hairs are still there covering the scalp. Am i the eligible candidate for hair transplant.

I consulted couple of doctors in chennai for HT and they told me to wait for 6 months or 1 year to let the thinning hair shed which is currently covering the scalp and they told me to use hair concealers like toppiq unitll then. my age is close to 30.Is there any option to regrow hair ? other than HT. like PRP or A cell treatment? I am not married yet. i am scared to take up drugs like finasteride which would cause impotency i heard.
